'You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth' Khalil Gibran.
Last week's Living Arrows post was entitled 'sliding into Spring'. Apparently that was a big ol' lie because this week has seen the weather back to freezing so the big coats, the hats and scarfs and the flasks are back!
Iris is absolutely oblivious to the weather, she just loves to be outside waving at people, saying hello to dogs and spotting birds in bushes. She's currently really into playing 'I Spy' which is lots of fun. We use colours rather than letters at the moment as she's not quite grasped what letter things begin with but 'I Spy' is a great learning game and it's surprising what a child can spot- of course, being just 3 years old her favourite thing to spot is dog poo!Good luck to all those heading back to school today. Enjoy the hot cuppa's, you've definitely earnt them!
